The Cuillo Centre for the Arts is a prestigious, world-class performing arts center attracting 65,000 visitors annually, and the ideal location for your next special occasion. The Cuillo Centre has been home to many successful shows on the way to, or directly from Broadway, and a premiere venue for weddings, parties, corporate meetings, seminars, fashion shows, government forum and so much more.

Rental Information

Licensing fees

The standard facility licensing fee for a single event, concert or presentation in the Mainstage Theatre is $1000.00 per 10-hour day, plus 6.5% Florida sales tax. A half-day rate of $600.00 plus 6.5% Florida sales tax is available for a single event, concert or presentation which will occupy the facility for less than six hours.

The Second Story Theatre rate is $150.00 plus 6.5% Florida sales tax for a single event, concert or presentation which will occupy the facility for less than six hours.

Any organization with tax-exempt status must provide Facilities Director with a copy of the tax-exempt document in order to have the sales tax waived.

Hard cost fees

The following charts list standard additional labor costs for in-house personnel. Quantity and type of personnel shall be determined by the specific needs of each event, concert or presentation. Half-day rates apply for work calls not exceeding six hours. Full-day rates apply for work calls not exceeding twelve hours. All prices are subject to change. All services are subject to availability.

Please note:

House manager is required for any ticketed event. Lighting and/or Sound Techs are required if stage lighting and/or sound are utilized during the event. Management reserves the right to dismiss from participation in event activities any licensee-provided personnel whose actions or demeanor actively jeopardize the safety and well-being of any or all persons on the premises.
